We are excited to welcome our newest member Jason Simon to the Odysys family! With his extensive history as an account manager at Glassdoor, we have no doubt that he will make an excellent account manager for Odysys.

What does an Account Manager at Odysys do?

An Account Manager at Odysys is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key accounts. My role is to work directly with clients to understand their business needs, and ensure an understanding of their product offerings, all while driving value to their business.

What experience does Jason bring to the table?

Prior to joining the team at Odysys, Jason worked in Customer Success at Glassdoor where he partnered with employers to develop recruitment and diversity campaigns to drive visibility and to their employer brand. He has experience with the moderation of employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns which include running pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display advertising, and profile branding. While in College Jason worked in Hospitality which has given him an appreciation for good hospitality.

Why do you want to work at Odysys?

I am excited to join the team at Odysys! One of my favorite things to do in my spare time is to travel and meet new people. This opportunity will give me a chance to help Innkeepers develop their unique brand and open the door for travelers to have more options with their experience.

What is your perfect hotel retreat?

The perfect hotel will offer accommodation for my dog Hendrix. When I am traveling I like to immerse myself in the local culture. Whether the journey takes you to your favorite coffee place or a trail that leads into uncharted discoveries, hopefully my dog is allowed to have a drink at the bar and go on an adventure.

What hotel are you dying to stay at?

The second I heard of TikiVillas Rainforest Lodge in Costa Rica my heart was set. I would love to explore this little tropical paradise and this hotel is in the perfect place to check out the national parks and experience the local culture. Maybe this winter I’ll escape the snow and retreat to paradise!
